Elk Grove Cosmetic Services. The new Dermatology location is an extension to the South Sacramento Cosmetic Services facility. From I-5/CA 99 Southbound Take I-5/CA-99 South. Proceed on CA 99 until you see US 50 exit toward CA-99 Fresno. Then take I-80 EXIT toward CA-99/Fresno. Take the I-80 BRE EXIT on the left side, merge onto US-50 E/Capital City Fry/CA-99 S. Then take Laguna Blvd EXIT toward Bond Rd. Turn right onto Laguna Blvd., and then another right on Big Horn Blvd. From I-5 99 Northbound Merge onto CA-99 North via the ramp on the left toward Sacramento. Take the Laguna Blvd EXIT toward Bond Rd. Turn left onto Laguna Blvd. Turn right onto Big Horn Blvd.
